Save Sharp Park

GET INVOLVED

Sharp Park is in imminent danger.  Anti-golf activists are attacking the Rec & Park Department's Nov. 6 report that recommends a win-win plan to save the 18-hole golf course with some modifications to preserve the habitat for frog and snake species.

The San Francisco Public Golf Alliance and our Honorary Chairman Ken Venturi call upon all golfers to encourage their elected officials to preserve San Francisco’s public golf courses, by attending public meetings, contacting public officials, and donating their money and effort to the cause.

Also, please attend monthly "Love Your Sharp Park" volunteer events to help clean up Sharp Park.  Read a report of the first volunteer clean-up day from May 7 and visit to the website often for future clean-up dates.
